4Ever Young is seeking a full-time regional aesthetic injector who combines exceptional clinical skill with a passion for sales, patient relationships, and whole-person wellness. This position works across our Ramsey, Hoboken, and Edgewater, New Jersey clinics. Our ideal candidate is a Nurse Practitioner with a strong aesthetic portfolio and working knowledge of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptides, and GLP-1 weight management. We welcome experienced licensed candidates who meet the clinical requirements of the role.
This is an opportunity for a confident, consultative provider who enjoys creating treatment plans, explaining the value of services, and helping patients commit to long-term results. You will work collaboratively with our clinical and patient care teams and travel between all three Northern New Jersey locations according to the regional schedule.
What you'll do
- Perform advanced aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, within your training, license, and clinical protocols.
- Perform and recommend device-based treatments, including Clear Brilliant, GentleMax Pro, and Ultherapy, within your training, license, and clinical protocols.
- Develop personalized aesthetic treatment plans and confidently recommend packages, memberships, skincare, and complementary services.
- Educate patients about our wellness offerings, including HRT, peptides, GLP-1 programs, IV therapy, and other services; provide care only within your scope and under applicable protocols.
- Convert consultations into appropriate treatment plans through clear education, thoughtful follow-up, and strong closing skills.
- Build lasting patient relationships that support retention, rebooking, referrals, and excellent patient experiences.
- Provide consistent clinical care and support to patients and teams at the Ramsey, Hoboken, and Edgewater clinics.
- Document consultations and treatments accurately, maintain high safety standards, and collaborate closely with the medical and front desk teams.
- Help the team achieve goals for consultation conversion, average ticket, membership enrollment, rebooking, and patient satisfaction.
What we're looking for
- Active New Jersey clinical license appropriate to the services performed; Nurse Practitioner strongly preferred.
- Significant hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables and a portfolio demonstrating natural, high-quality results.
- Hands-on experience with Clear Brilliant, GentleMax Pro, and Ultherapy, including patient selection, treatment planning, and safe operation.
- Strong consultation, sales, and treatment-plan closing skills without compromising patient needs or clinical judgment.
- Practical familiarity with HRT, peptide therapies, and GLP-1 weight management, and the ability to discuss these programs responsibly with patients.
- Excellent communication, sound clinical judgment, meticulous documentation, and a collaborative approach.
- Comfort working in a goal-oriented, fast-paced med spa environment.
- Availability for a full-time regional schedule and reliable transportation to all three clinic locations.
