Key Responsibilities
- Perform wellness and physical exams for new and existing patients.
- Evaluate and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women, including testosterone, estrogen, and thyroid optimization.
- Administer testosterone injections, vitamin shots, peptide therapy, and IV nutrient infusions.
- Guide patients through medical weight loss programs — including nutrition, fitness, and metabolic support.
- Educate patients on wellness strategies, supplements, and treatment options to improve overall vitality.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold HIPAA and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the medical director and wellness team to develop effective, results-driven treatment plans.
- Stay informed about 4Ever Young services, products, and memberships to make knowledgeable recommendations.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner (experience in hormone therapy, weight loss, or wellness medicine preferred).
- Experience in IV therapy, peptide protocols, or aesthetic injections (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — must be approachable, compassionate, and patient-focused.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
