This role is ideal for a seasoned esthetician with hands-on experience in Morpheus8, Hydrafacial, and Laser Hair Removal, who thrives in a leadership role within a fast-paced med spa environment.
Position Overview
The Lead Esthetician will perform advanced aesthetic and laser services, lead by example, and ensure consistent, high-quality client care across all esthetic treatments.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced treatments including:
- Morpheus8 (face & body)
- Hydrafacial treatments
- Laser Hair Removal
- Customized facials and corrective skincare services
- Conduct comprehensive skin and hair-reduction consultations
- Create personalized treatment plans and packages
- Educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and home-care products
- Mentor and support esthetic staff; assist with training and protocols
- Maintain safety standards, device protocols, and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with injectors and wellness providers for integrated care
- Support events, promotions, and new service launches
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Esthetician License (required)
- Proven hands-on experience with Morpheus8 (required)
- Hydrafacial certification and experience (required)
- Laser Hair Removal experience (required)
- Minimum 3 years in a med spa or advanced aesthetics setting
- Strong consultation, leadership, and sales skills
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused mindset
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time (lead role priority scheduling)
- Weekdays, evenings, and select weekends as needed
