Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

JOB SUMMARY

4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions is looking for a licensed NP, PA or RN with AT MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE as an aesthetics injector. A great fit would be someone with formal training, experience, and passion for anti-aging medicine, integrative wellness, and medical aesthetics. Injectable experience is a must! Experience with bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) is a plus, but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding social media, cross-selling sales, and customer service skills, as well as the knowledge to educate and provide guidance to our clients about anti-aging and medical aesthetic procedures and treatments to attain their desired goals. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, & EXPECTATIONS

• Maintain a high-level standard of client service
• Perform comprehensive physical examination, analysis, and evaluation of patients
• Administer injectable treatments: Neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers (Juvéderm and Restylane families of products) as well as other well-known products in a professional, clinical atmosphere
• Develop treatment plan for bio-identical hormone replacement therapy based on patient consultations
• Cross-sell and upsell other appropriate 4Ever Young services
• Ensure patient's safety, comfort, and smooth flow of patient care
• Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for treatments through proper documentation
• Consult with our 4Ever Young Medical Director on an as-needed basis
• Professional appearance reflecting industry and 4Ever Young brand standards
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends to attend community events

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Minimum 1-2 years of aesthetics injectable experience
• Preferred: Experience with anti-aging medicine (hormone replacement therapy)
• Very active on social media with a large following; skilled at organic social media marketing
• Proven sales experience with the ability to cross-sell and upsell appropriate services
• Must be a team player, a self-starter, and motivated to grow and develop
• Must be a licensed RN in Pennsylvania, license must be current and in good standing

PAY, BENEFITS, & PERKS

• Base Pay: $40 to $80 per hour plus highly competitive bonuses (depending on license)
