Role Overview

We are looking for early-career sales professionals on OPT who have prior exposure to sales and are eager to grow into a long-term Sales / Account Executive role. This position offers hands-on experience working with senior leadership, enterprise clients, and high-impact sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales and business development initiatives across the US market

Assist in lead generation, prospect outreach, and pipeline development

Participate in client calls, demos, and proposal discussions

Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and opportunity tracking

Collaborate with senior sales leaders on account strategy and deal execution

Conduct market and account research to support sales campaigns

Required Qualifications

MBA or B-School graduate currently on OPT

Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or Client Engagement

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

High motivation to build a career in Sales / Account Management

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Good to Have

Exposure to B2B / Tech / SaaS / IT Services sales

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Understanding of the US business or enterprise sales landscape
