4busy Cleaners is a Dry Cleaning and Laundry service provider. We are looking for a friendly and efficient individual to join our team at our Fremont location. This position is for self driven individual who is self motivated and responsible for managing the store with help from owners. This position is a step towards Store Manager positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their garments drop-offs and pick-ups, ensuring excellent service.
- Inspect garments upon drop-off, noting any specific customer requests or garment care labels.
- Tag, assemble, and prepare customer orders once these are back after cleaning from the Dry Cleaning Plant.
- Handle online orders and inquiries via phone and text.
- Perform basic computer tasks and use point-of-sale software.
- Open and Close the cash register
- Weekly reporting and reminders on orders.
- Help management coordinate work with vendors.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Demonstrate punctuality and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Working Hours:
This position is part time (25 to 30 hrs/week) for Weekdays (Morning to Afternoon) and Saturdays as needed but it can be extended to full time role (40 hours/week) for deserving candidates.
