We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Miami Dade County.Responsibilities:Orient admitted clients regarding medical aspects of detoxification.Perform screenings, medical histories.Monitor vital signs to determine the state of intoxication.Coordinate the admission process.Administer medication as per physician orders.Participate in client care meetings.Complete TB tests.Schedule psychiatric evaluations.Maintain the stock level of pharmaceutircals and medical supplies.Complete nursing reports.Qualifications:Valid Florida LPN license, BLS/CPR and COVID19 vaccination card.Previous experience in the field of substance abuse.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while providing compassionate care.
