Landscape Crew Member

4B Landscape & Construction Inc. is a Women’s Owned Business located in the Bucks County Area. We are a full-scale landscape design, installation, and maintenance company servicing residential and commercial clients in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Our goal is to provide the 4 "B's" (Beauties) of our industry: Landscape, Hardscape, Nightscape, and Servicescape. We are seeking to hire employees for our Landscape Project crew.

We are looking for candidates with an interest and/or experience in the landscape industry. Candidates must have interest in and/or knowledge of skills in any of the following areas: pruning and trimming, mulching, hardscaping, leaf clean-up, re-grading and lawn renovation, installing plant material, drainage installation, and landscape lighting. Experience with heavy equipment operation (i.e., skidsteers, mulch blower, etc.), commercial landscape work, and plant knowledge are encouraged but not required.

All candidates will be expected to take direction from either a Foreman or Owner while on job sites. Work schedule is Mondays-Fridays from 7:00am to 3:00pm daily. Saturday work is mandatory in the Spring and for any weather delays which may occur throughout the week. Hourly wage is $22.00 to $30.00/hour based upon your experience. Overtime hours are paid past 40 hrs at 1-1/2 rate.

Benefits:

After 90 days, employees are offered enrollment into our benefits program. This includes dental, medical, prescription, and vision coverage. Employer provides a 50-50 match for the cost of health benefits. We also provide an Employee Referral Incentive Program and Commission of Sales bonus as well for all eligible employees. Additional benefits include retirement (simple IRA), long-term disability, and term life insurance. Retirement is employer-matched at 3%; term life insurance and disability benefits are full-paid by the employer. One week of paid time off is available after 1 year of employment.
