At 4AllPromos, we’re more than just promotional products — we’re about building lasting relationships and delivering value through excellence. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Finance Manager with a strong FP&A background to lead our financial planning, forecasting, and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead company-wide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic modeling.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, variance analysis, and dashboards to inform decision-making across all departments.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
- Own the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Oversee daily operations within the accounting department, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
- Drive process improvements and automation efforts across financial workflows.
- Monitor industry and regulatory changes to proactively mitigate risk and maintain compliance.
- Mentor and support accounting team members, promoting a culture of growth and learning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Residency requirement: CT, MA, PA, RI or WI
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- 5 years of progressive finance experience, with 2 years in a leadership or FP&A role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with NetSuite reporting is a plus.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
