Position Overview

The Full-Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern Microsoft and JavaScript technologies. This role will support multiple concurrent initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performance-driven solutions. The developer will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment in Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and modern web technologies.
• Build and maintain RESTful Web APIs to support front-end and integration needs.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React and MVC frameworks.
• Write efficient, secure, and maintainable SQL queries and database objects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement AI-driven development practices to improve productivity, code quality, and automation.
• Deploy, monitor, and support applications hosted in Microsoft Azure.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
• Follow secure coding practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET development (C#, ASP.NET).
• Experience developing Web APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency with MVC architecture.
• Hands-on experience with React for front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, DevOps, or related services).
• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools and modern development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in agile or DevOps-driven environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application design.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
