Lot Attendant / Building & Facilities Supervisor

495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram – Lowell, MA495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Lot Attendant / Building & Facilities Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on position that plays a critical role in maintaining our dealership's appearance, organization, and daily operations.Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize dealership inventory on the lot.
• Line up, move, and stage vehicles for display and customer delivery.
• Transport vehicles to and from auctions and other locations as needed.
• Maintain the dealership property, including:
• Snow removal during winter months.
• Lawn mowing and landscaping maintenance.
• Picking up trash and keeping the grounds clean and presentable.
• Ensuring the facility remains organized, safe, and professional.
• Provide shuttle transportation for customers when required.
• Assist various departments with vehicle movement and general dealership needs.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Excellent driving record with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, walk, and remain active throughout the day.
