About the Role
The Director, Field Operations & Execution partners closely with the EVP of Growth to drive
disciplined execution of growth initiatives across the organization. This role is accountable for
turning priorities into action by coordinating work across teams, driving follow-through, and
ensuring initiatives are implemented consistently in the field. Success in this role is measured
by execution quality, adoption, and results — not just plans. The Director, Field Operations &
Execution operates hands-on in the work, removing obstacles, reinforcing accountability, and
keeping initiatives moving from concept to completion.
Lead Field Project Execution
- Own the end-to-end execution of field growth initiatives, partnering closely with
ready for field adoption.
- Translate leadership priorities into clear execution plans with defined scope, owners,
- Maintain and continuously improve the project and execution management system
- Provide regular execution updates to the EVP of Growth and other stakeholders,
- Identify execution risks and operational constraints early and proactively work with
- Lead execution planning sessions and post-initiative reviews to strengthen delivery
- Provide matrix leadership accountability to functional and specialist roles in the field
Support Field Operations and Operating Cadence
- Provide real-time policy and process support and resource broker for leaders and
- Provide matrix leadership to field operations team members ensuring consistency
- Lead preparation and follow-up for all field leadership meetings, quarterly reviews,
- Partner in the annual business planning process, including the coordination of field related
- Support calendar management and alignment for recurring operating rhythms
Data & Reporting
- Monitor key field execution and performance metrics (production, activity, recruiting
- Develop and maintain clear reporting tools and dashboards that provide leadership
- Translate performance data into actionable insights that highlight execution gaps,
Teamwork
- Partner with field leaders to act as a change agent, supporting consistent adoption
- Serve as the primary execution partner between field leadership and HQ teams,
- Lead cross-functional coordination by aligning owners, clarifying responsibilities and
- Represent field execution needs in HQ forums to ensure solutions are practical,
- Build strong working relationships across the organization to enable collaboration,
Note: This position will be Hybrid (2 days per week in office) with 20% Travel

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
