Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Part-time AM Cook to join our team. The Part-time AM Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch items according to our menu and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Certification from a culinary school or training program is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items following our recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food quality by tasting and testing as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Assist with menu planning and special event preparation as required
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Working hours for this position: Part-time AM Cook, approximately 20-25 hours per week, mornings and early afternoons.
