**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
**Responsibilities:**
- Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions reported by various hotel departments during the day.
- Compile financial information, prepare and generate reports detailing cash transactions, expenditures, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Ensure the accurate posting of revenues and expenses in the hotel's system.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints during the night shift.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Collaborate with the daytime staff to ensure a smooth transition of operations.
