Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Central Maine Medical Center, where you will work with patients who have experienced a loss of function due to injury or illness. Our goal is to help them recover as fully as possible and regain their independence.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to help them achieve their goals
- Communicate patient progress to supervisors and other team members, assist with scheduling, and document patient care
- Instruct nursing staff and family members on follow-through programs to promote continued progress
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition
- Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, professional standards, and applicable laws
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
