Senior Brand Marketing Manager- Retail (US)
As we continue to elevate our presence at retail and drive stronger, more consistent brand execution across key channels, we are searching for a senior marketing manager focused specifically on retail marketing and execution for the U.S. territory.
The ideal candidate has a track record of proven executional excellence, successful partner collaboration, and retail activation. This person will own our wholesale retail marketing strategy, with an emphasis on partners such as Lids, DSG, & Rally House, as well as help lead the brand experience across our Lifestyle U.S. business and channel.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will join a passionate team at a company built on authenticity, heritage and innovation. We move fast, think big, and are looking for someone who is excited to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Wholesale Retail Marketing
- Lead retail marketing strategy and execution for our primary U.S. wholesale partners.
- Build and manage the seasonal marketing calendar in alignment with Sales, Creative, and Product.
- Deliver retail-focused storytelling and asset development across in-store signage, displays, digital banners, and partner co-marketing.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our wholesale partners, owning campaign development, coordination and asset delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales and Planning to analyze campaign performance and retail sell-through, using insights to improve future activations.
- Support secondary wholesale accounts with strategic marketing guidance and asset support as needed.
Lifestyle Retail Marketing (US)
- Own the retail marketing and brand execution for our Lifestyle U.S. channel, which includes fashion-forward and specialty retailers.
- Develop marketing plans by account to ensure elevated, brand-right executions that reflect the unique tone and consumer of each door.
- Brief-In with Creative to adapt campaign assets for boutique environments, focusing on storytelling, newness, and product highlight.
- Identify key moments for account-specific retail activations, brand takeovers, or limited drops in collaboration with Sales and Product.
Key Success Measures:
- Strong seasonal marketing alignment and delivery for Lids with improved execution quality and timeliness.
- Increased presence and consistency of ‘47’s brand voice and visual identity at retail.
- Elevated storytelling and activation across the Lifestyle channel, driving perception and relevance with key tastemaker accounts.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Creative, Product, and Planning.
Qualifications:
- 10 years or retail marketing experience
- Proven track record of building brand retail marketing strategy and execution in a collaborative fashion.
- Experience managing multiple wholesale and agency partners.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and communicative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
