Mass Market Account Manager

’47 is seeking a Mass Market Account Manager to support our customers and drive operational excellence across the Mass Market channel. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day customer service needs, overseeing order execution, and partnering closely with an assigned Sales Representative to ensure a seamless experience for our retail partners. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries including invoice copies, tracking, and image requests.
• Process return requests, size issues, and new vendor setups.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of all products, programs, and services (e.g., PDQs, third-party vendors, shipping processes).
• Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders.
• Monitor all domestic orders, resolve issues, and communicate status updates and challenges to customers and Sales Representatives.
• Partner daily with assigned Sales Representatives to communicate order status, updates, and potential challenges.
• Leverage available inventory and customer order history to identify additional sales opportunities.
• Execute Hot Market program processes.
• Navigate and utilize GBS and Blue Cherry to support customers and Sales Representatives.
• Assist Sales Representatives with management of their account lists.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Strong written, mathematical, and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and proactive; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and delivering strong customer experiences.
