We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee all trucking and freight coordination for our AV production and rental operations. This role is critical to ensuring equipment moves on time, cost-effectively, and with clear communication across departments.
Time is of the essence in live event production — this position requires urgency, precision, and strong decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.

- Vendor & Carrier Management
- Strategic Logistics Oversight
- Communicate load plans, pickup windows, delivery times, and return schedules
- Coordinate LTL, FTL, hotshots, and specialized freight as required
- Negotiate improved rates and service terms
- Create and refine SOPs for transportation processes
- 3 years experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation management
- Experience using freight/load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
- Strong negotiation skills and cost-control mindset
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills across multiple departments
- Proficiency in logistics software and spreadsheets
- Experience in live event production, AV rental, or time-sensitive project environments
- Existing carrier relationships or freight broker network
- Experience managing or dispatching an internal fleet
- Familiarity with DOT compliance and transportation regulations
- Strong proficiency in Excel or freight analytics/reporting tools
- Experience negotiating high-volume or recurring lane contracts
- Background in warehouse operations or show-site logistics
