Ensures adherence to agreed PM guidelines and operation standards on behalf of PMO Head or PMO Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of assigned medical device projects. Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resources aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring compliance. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Logistics, Regulatory, Clinical, etc.) to align project deliverables. Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies as needed. Track project budgets, financials, and ensure timely reporting to management. Ensure all project documentation meets regulatory, quality, and audit readiness standards Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives. Act as escalation point for project-related issues, ensuring quick resolution. Qualifications Proven experience managing projects in the medical device or related regulated industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Familiarity with medical device development lifecycle. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
