Content Production Delivery Manager Location: Wilmington, DE Introduction to role: Are you ready to lead the charge in delivering impactful commercial marketing content? As a Content Production Delivery Manager, you'll be at the forefront of operational planning and execution, ensuring seamless delivery across digital and print channels. Collaborate with brand teams, agencies, and production partners to bring innovative ideas to life! In this role, you will lead the operational planning and delivery of commercial marketing content across digital and print channels, partner closely with brand teams, agency, internal cross-functional teams and production partners to ensure end to end delivery. Key Responsibilities Leading Content Production Services Delivery: Serve as the central contact for commercial marketing teams on content production planning, execution, and issue resolution. Oversee production of banner ads, emails, print collateral, and social media assets and collaborate with the POD on Web delivery; ensure timely, high-quality outputs. Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with brand teams, agencies of record (AOR), preferred production partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to enable efficient, effective delivery. Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently; collaborate with internal teams and global external partners to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative teams to translate brand requests into executable production plans. Governance and Prioritization: Facilitate discussions on prioritization, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement across brand, agency, and production partners. Budget Management: Manage production budgets on behalf of brand teams, ensuring cost control and value delivery. Tools and Process Adherence: Use JIRA to manage work end-to-end, ensuring accurate data capture and project tracking. AOR Enablement: Support onboarding and training of agencies on Production Services’ ways of working. Essential Skills/Experience: Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience. Stakeholder Leadership: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and lead without formal authority in a matrix environment. Collaboration: Experience working with external partners and cross-functional teams. Project Management: Demonstrated success managing concurrent projects and achieving deliverables.
