43 North Iowa, a 2025 Top Iowa Workplace is seeking a full-time SCL Service Coordinator. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: assisting clients, their families and teams in setting career goals and strategies that result in greater independence in employment and life; coordinate and facilitate the implementation of individual service planning while continually evaluating the effectiveness of services and making changes as needed; work closely with clients and families, funding sources and other community service agencies to provide comprehensive services; manage caseload and maintain adequate funding to ensure that the service plan remains responsive to the changing needs of the client. Complete all documentation within required timeframes; conduct the majority of work in the community, utilizing private vehicle when agency vehicles are not available. An Associate's Degree in Human Services or a related field is required. Ability to relate to and effectively communicate a diverse set of solutions. Must be computer literate with proficient skills in the use of email, Word and Excel. Willingness to work on all shifts, weekends and holidays if necessary to help ensure supported employee retention. Starting wage is negotiable depending on education and experience.
