42 Mobile LLC is an exclusive distributor for Total Wireless, a rapidly-growing prepaid mobile brand that benefits from Verizon’s cellular network and marketing expertise. 42 Mobile’s mission is to operate a select group of stores with industry-leading sales, customer retention, and respect for employees.
We are seeking additional Sales Associates (both full and part-time) who will provide first-class service to every customer, every time. From executing the sales process to sharing product knowledge, you will connect customers to what matters most to them. We offer unlimited earning potential and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Sell all products and services offered by the company (cellular plans, phones, accessories, home internet, and more)
- Provide memorable customer service, including follow-ups to strengthen relationships with customers, leading to referrals and higher customer retention levels
- Meet or exceed personal sales and retention goals set by the store manager
- Help drive store traffic by contacting current or potential customers via phone, text, and web platforms as well as participating in community events
- Stay up-to-date with promotions, plans, and devices on a daily basis
- Complete administrative tasks such as completing customer contracts, accepting payments, inventory management, and more
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment
- Complete required training
- Communicate with store owners - feedback from Sales Associates (regarding store operations as well as employee-related matters) is very important to us
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation:
Our full-time Sales Associates earn base pay of approximately ($30,000 - $35,000) with expected additional earnings from our uncapped commission structure.
