Job Summary
We are hiring motivated individuals for a fun, outdoor summer job painting residential homes in the Columbus area. No prior experience is required — we provide hands-on training. This is a great opportunity to earn competitive pay, gain valuable skills, and work with a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior and/or interior painting on residential properties
- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, taping, etc.)
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and other tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards
- Assist with moving equipment and materials as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to learn — no experience necessary
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
- Performance bonuses and overtime pay available
- Additional pay opportunities for crew leaders
Schedule:
- 40–50 hours per week
- 10-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime available
- Weekend work as needed
