Duties
- Deliver engaging and effective driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, covering essential road skills and safety protocols
- Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to enhance their driving competence
- Prepare students for licensing exams by reviewing theoretical knowledge and practical skills thoroughly
- Maintain accurate records of lessons, student performance, and progress reports in compliance with licensing standards
- Ensure all lessons are conducted in accordance with local traffic laws and safety regulations
- Manage classroom-like environments during theory sessions, incorporating educational techniques that promote understanding
- Communicate clearly with students, addressing questions and concerns to build confidence and trust throughout the learning process
Requirements
- Proven experience in driving, with a valid driver’s license
- Strong ability to communicate complex concepts and give constructive feedback clearly and effectively
- Knowledge of local traffic laws, safety standards, and licensing procedures for drivers of all ages
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and patience during lessons
- Prior experience working in an educational environment is highly desirable but not required
