Demonstrates strong foundational skills in verbal communication, task coordination, and policy interpretation. RESPONSIBILITIES Operate basic equipment and perform routine tasks by strictly following detailed instructions. Complete operational activities using established processes and within defined parameters. Assist with the installation of equipment and appliances by preparing work areas and supporting tasks under close instruction. Support maintenance and repair of equipment and appliances by conducting preparatory work and assisting under detailed guidance. Adhere to strict quality standards to support the organization’s quality assurance processes. Follow mandatory safety procedures, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure personal safety, protect others, and minimize environmental impact. REQUIREMENTS Holds a Secondary/Intermediate qualification (equivalent to 2 GCSEs) and is an experienced practitioner capable of working independently, with guidance where needed. Communicates clearly using basic verbal skills under supervision to express ideas, request actions, contribute to planning and policy development, and assist in producing clear, relevant reports. Works with guidance to interpret and apply policies and procedures, plan and prioritize tasks, and take appropriate actions to meet business objectives in alignment with organizational strategies. Applies elementary concepts under supervision to maintain safe systems of work, identify and manage risks in production processes, and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and procedures. Supports employee learning and development at a basic level under supervision, helping others grow the skills and experience needed to contribute to the organization’s success.
