You’ll be responsible for safely operating and troubleshooting plant equipment, supporting productivity, and upholding safety and quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Operate and troubleshoot plant equipment safely and efficiently Maintain product quality per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Quality Management System standards Support TPM (Total Productive Management) and perform minor maintenance Ensure timely handoffs between shifts Follow safety protocols and participate in EHS/SOP training Be flexible with overtime to meet production goals Keep your work area clean and organized Show up reliably and maintain a positive attitude Operate and drive a crane truck to transport materials safely and efficiently within the facility or job site Perform additional duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or GED required Manufacturing experience is a plus Must be able to meet physical demands (lifting, standing, exposure to chemicals/noise) The Evonik Group adopts an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) approach.
