Hours of Work : 40 Days Of Week : Monday through Friday Work Shift : Job Description : Job Purpose To apply, remove, and/or measure casts, splints, and other orthopedic devices to provide patient care related to orthopedic injuries. Job Requirements: Education: High School Diploma, Required Associate’s degree or higher from an Accredited School or Institution, Preferred Completion of a recognized Orthopedic Technologists (OTC) Program, Preferred Licenses and/or Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association, Required Registered Orthopedic Technologist Certified (ROT), Orthopaedic Technologist Certified (OTC), or Equivalent, Preferred Work Experience: Proven experience as a Casting Technician, with a minimum of 1-2 years work experience, Preferred Methodist Medical Group is the North Texas physician organization affiliated with Methodist Health System.
