- Reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and performing field observations
- Managing your own time and deliverables across multiple active projects
- Showing up, in person, as a committed member of a small team
What Success Looks Like
- Projects move forward because your design calculations are organized, responsive, and clear
- Your details, notes, and schedules are coherent, coordinated throughout the structural plans, true to the architectural intent, and ultimately buildable
- Project Managers and Principals can trust your work - you understand what you know and know when to ask questions
- You are learning, improving, and becoming a more capable engineer every month
Who You Are
- A strong communicator, in writing, in conversations, and in your documentation
- Detail-oriented and organized, without needing to be managed
- Genuinely committed to structural engineering and professional growth
- Willing to work hard to serve the needs of our clients

- Used Revit and RISA (or comparable design tools) in a professional setting
