Villa Restaurant Group is a family-owned, multi-brand restaurant operator with locations in major airports and travel hubs nationwide. We are hiring Line & Prep Cooks to join our team at 4 Rivers Smokehouse inside Orlando International Airport.

What You’ll Do / Responsabilidades:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Preparar y cocinar los alimentos siguiendo recetas y estándares

• Execute orders quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
• Ejecutar órdenes de manera rápida y precisa en un ambiente de alto volumen

• Assist with food prep (cutting, portioning, stocking)
• Apoyar en la preparación de alimentos (cortar, porcionar, abastecer)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
• Mantener la limpieza y organización de las estaciones de trabajo

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad alimentaria y sanidad

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
• Trabajar en equipo para asegurar una operación eficiente

What We’re Looking For / Requisitos:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred / Experiencia previa en cocina preferida
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment / Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente rápido
