The Opportunity
405 Cabinets & Stone is a premier kitchen and bath leader in Southern California. We are currently executing an aggressive multi-phase expansion across San Diego, Los Angeles, and the Bay Area. We are looking for a technical, creative, and AI-forward Growth Marketing Manager to serve as the "engine room" of our marketing department.
This is a "Full-Stack" marketing position for a "Swiss Army Knife" professional who wants to own the entire lead-generation funnel, leverage cutting-edge AI, and create the high-end collateral that helps our sales team close deals.
Core Responsibilities
- The Social Media Funnel: Design and manage the end-to-end customer journey, from awareness ads (Meta/TikTok/Google) to high-converting landing pages.
- Content & Copywriting: Produce direct-response copy that converts. You will own the brand voice for ads, email nurturing sequences, and website content.
- Sales Enablement & Collateral: Create and manage all customer-facing materials, including digital/print lookbooks, pitch decks, "What to Expect" guides, and localized brochures for our various California territories.
- Local SEO / GEO / AGO: Execute strategies to ensure 405 Cabinets & Stone ranks #1 in every market we enter. This includes Local Map Pack dominance (GEO) and optimizing for AI Search Engines (AGO).
- AI Implementation: Act as a force multiplier by using AI tools (Midjourney, Gemini, ChatGPT, Automation) to scale content production, automate CRM workflows, and analyze marketing data.
- Sales Alignment: Work closely with our "Hunters" and "Farmers" to ensure they have the "ammunition" (high-quality leads and collateral) to hit revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 Years in Growth Marketing: Proven track record of managing paid/organic funnels that drive actual revenue, not just "engagement."
- Design & Collateral Proficiency: Experience creating professional marketing materials (Canva/Adobe Suite) that align with a premium brand aesthetic.
- Technical SEO Savvy: Deep understanding of local search algorithms and how to rank in multiple geographic territories.
- AI-Native: You must be an early adopter of AI tools and capable of building efficient marketing workflows.
Direct Response Copywriting: Ability to write headlines and calls-to-action that compel homeowners to book a consultation.
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: $75,000
Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonuses tied to Lead Volume (MQLs), Conversion Quality, and SEO Rankings.
Total Earning Potential: Capped at $120,000 per year.
