Painters are responsible for painting, wallpaper application, paint inventory, and surface preservation, while also assisting maintenance staff with repairs and upkeep as needed. Education Qualifications: Trade or vocational school graduate in painting, repair and wall paper coverings or two (2) years documented commercial work experience in painting and wall repairs and covering. Key Responsibilities: To assist in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure, appearance and systems of the Medical Center in good repair. Painting, paint inventory, commercial wallpaper, and control preservation. Assist maintenance personnel as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
