General Summary of Essential Purpose:
Provide temporary support to the Property & Construction Department functioning as additional office support, assisting in seasonal duties and special projects.
Essential Position Duties:
This is a temporary position to:
- Provide back-up for front desk during lunch and break
- Scan files/documents into online storage.
- Sort, relocate, and organize storage room items, including blueprints.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Primary:
- Willingness and ability to support the mission of the Church by extending the ministry of the Archbishop.
- Ability and desire to use God-given gifts and talents in service of the local Church in support of the collaboration between lay and ordained Ministers.
2. Education:
- High School degree or equivalent.
3. Experience:
- Experience using MS Office tools;
- Some experience working in an office environment.
4. Other Elements:
- Detail oriented and accurate;
- Good organizational skills and analytical thinking;
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift materials, boxes and stacks of files up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to commit to regularly scheduled hours Monday thru Friday 12 noon to 4 pm
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
