Server needed for 40 Love, an upscale restaurant located on the grounds of a tennis club in the Upper Valley. Please have open availability for Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Provide detailed information about the menu, including specials and wine pairings
- Assist guests in making menu selections, offering recommendations and accommodating dietary restrictions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and beverages in an elegant and attentive manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and side stations
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to their satisfaction
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
Requirements:
- SATURDAY/SUNDAY AVAILABILITY
- Previous serving experience in a finer dining establishment
- Excellent knowledge of food and wine, including wine service and pairing
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to create memorable dining experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
