Job description:
Do you want a career where your effort translates directly into high income? At 4 Star General Contracting, driven sales professionals earn $125,000 to $200,000 in their first year and $300,000 to $500,000 in year two and beyond through uncapped commission on high-ticket commercial roofing projects. This is a commission-based role with a draw.
You will need previous outside sales experience. No roofing background required; we provide full training!

- Conduct roof assessments and identify storm damage or maintenance needs
- Present tailored solutions including scope, timelines, and warranty options
- Guide clients through the project process from consultation to completion
- Build your own book of business within a proven system
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience
- Self-starters who take ownership of results
- Driven individuals who stay focused on activity and follow-up
- Coachable professionals who accept feedback and improve continuously
- Relationship builders who communicate clearly and honor commitments
Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
