The Opportunity
We’re expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. This role offers the chance to build your own book of business while working within a proven system and supportive team environment.
This is an independent contractor (1099) position with performance-based earnings and optional income support during ramp-up. Many of our top representatives build long-term, highly rewarding careers through this opportunity.

What You’ll Do
- Develop new client relationships through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct roof assessments and identify potential storm-related or maintenance issues
- Present tailored solutions that meet each client’s needs
- Prepare project proposals including scope, timelines, and warranty options
- Guide customers through the project process from initial consultation through completion
- Provide ongoing support and ensure a positive client experience
- Assist property owners navigating insurance-related repairs when applicable
What We’re Looking For
- Previous outside sales experience required (No roofing Experience needed)
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in the field and accessing rooftops when needed
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills

Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders (up to 26 ft.) and walk on rooftops regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs

Salary : $150,000 - $250,000
