4 Sharp Corners is one of the world’s largest submitters of PSA-graded sports cards. Over the course of the last 20 years, we have submitted more cards to PSA (over 4 million and counting!) than any other company in history and we continue to offer the largest variety and inventory of graded sports cards available anywhere. From pre-war to modern, baseball player sets to Star Wars and Pokémon, we have assisted hobbyists in building their collections and completing their PSA Set Registries. As lifelong collectors ourselves, we understand the diversity of the collecting community and the “thrill of the hunt” for finding the most elusive pieces of a set or project. Sports Card Screener Position:
In order to find so many cards worthy of submission to PSA for grading, we go through many millions of cards per year. The Sports Card Screener position will help us accomplish this goal by applying our interpretation of PSA’s grading standards to our inventory.
- Coachability is key! Candidates must be willing to adopt our best practices and have to ability to be coached firmly to learn the standards.
- Attention to detail is a must. Candidates will be tasked with eliminating cards with minute flaws very quickly while identifying the best examples for submission.
- Rule retention and mental flexibility required. We apply different standards to cards based on their value. The candidate must “understand the why” and have ability to remember which standards to apply to which cards.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, coachable personality, strong attention to detail, advanced multi-tasking and problem solving, process-driven, dependable, and the ability to work within a team setting
The Offer:
- The pay range for this position is $18 to $24 per hour.

The Location: 4 Sharp Corners is based in North Attleboro, MA. Our location is great, just 2 miles off the highway in the industrial business park, making it easy and accessible to our team.
