Job Description:
Must Haves:
- 5 years of experience as an Agile Product Manager supporting Healthcare Payer / Clinical Information Systems with Story Tracking, Feature Tracking, Epic Tracking
- 5 years of experience with Agile utilizing agile frameworks, methodologies, principles and tools such as JIRA
- 5 years of experience with complex Backend Healthcare Benefit processing systems Rule Based systems and UI based platforms
Duties:
- Agile Product Management serves as the internal voice of the customer. Defines system features and participates in validation.
- Responsible for the scope of work that the Agile Release Train (ART) will complete, and the vision and roadmap for the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Must be aware of other work being completed within the Portfolio so that they can help teams proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- The incumbent provides counsel and advice to top management on significant matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.
- Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Recognized internally as the go-to person; for the most complex assignments.
Skills:
- Well-versed in Agile frameworks, methodologies and principles, experience with epic/feature/story tracking systems - preferably JIRA
- Experience with backend processing systems, Rule Based systems and UI based platforms. In this setting Eligibility Determination engines, Coverage tier logic, Member Portal, time-based eligibility
- Have experience in a cross functional setting
Education:
- Bachelors or higher degree preferred
