Crew Leader / Foreman – Landscape & Container Gardening
4 Seasons Garden Design | Idaho Falls, ID
We are looking for an experienced Crew Leader to oversee landscape installation, garden maintenance, and seasonal container planting projects.
Requirements:
* 2 years of leadership or crew management experience
* Landscape, gardening, or horticulture experience preferred
* Strong plant knowledge
* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
* Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Responsibilities:
* Lead and train crew members
* Manage daily job site operations
* Ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion
* Communicate with clients and management
* Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and maintenance
