What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Help implement personalized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health, behavior, or well-being to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living space, including light housekeeping.
- Prepare nutritious meals that align with dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Encourage clients to participate in social activities and physical exercises to promote overall wellness.
- Follow all safety protocols, including CPR and First Aid procedures to ensure client security.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in caregiving or assisted living
- Knowledge or experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory care needs is highly valued.
- A compassionate, patient, and attentive approach to caregiving.
- Strong communication and observation skills to effectively respond to clients’ needs.
- Ability to prepare healthy, home-cooked meals and maintain a tidy environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification is required
