4 Season Solutions, LLC is an innovative solutions provider for federal, local, and commercial customers in facilities, logistics, and management services. We are seeking a responsible and collaborative professional to maintain a high level of cleanliness and orderliness during night shifts.
Job Skills/Requirements:
- Provide adequate supervision of crew.
- Provide quality control for janitorial work, equipment, and inventory.
- Cleans and maintains office, and restroom areas.
- Performs minor maintenance tasks as required.
- Work with a team
- Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces
- Clean and disinfect
- Vacuuming/Shampoo clean carpets
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
- Mix various cleaning agents
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean
- Apply wax to coat floors and buff
- Stripping and top scrubbing floors
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
- May move heavy items such as furniture
- Identify and report possible repairs
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing, repetitive bending, and other job-related activities.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
Additional Information/Benefits:
- This position is governed by a federal contract. Employees receive a Health & Welfare (H & W) benefit per hour, as per the Service Contract Act (SCA), in addition to the hourly pay rate.
- Benefits include paid vacation, sick days, holidays proportionally to the hours worked.
