Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Safety and Logistics Coordinator to lead our safety initiatives while optimizing our supply chain and logistics operations. The Safety and Logistics Coordinator keeps crews moving, equipment organized, and paperwork accurate and up to date. This role bridges the gap between field and office to ensure every operation runs safely, efficiently, and profitably
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Rental and Trucking departments
- Handle dispatch operations and day-to-day fleet coordination
- Track driver dispatches, routes, and delivery confirmations
- Communicate directly with clients and brokers to schedule loads
- Maintain records for yard inventory, equipment tracking, and maintenance schedules
- Manage and enforce safety protocols across all divisions
- Supervise department employees and ensure compliance with company policies
- Obtain permits when they are needed and ensure that they are accurate
