Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. New Graduates Welcome!! We are a privately owned small animal hospital conveniently located just minutes away from I-57. We offer part-time or full - time positions. Our facility can accommodate the perfect balance between work and home life, enjoy a consistent schedule. We are open from 7:30 am - 5pm Monday thru Friday and Saturdays until noon. No emergency shifts required.
We strive to provide the best care for our pets in the community. Our practice is well equipped with digital full body and dental radiographs, ultrasound, class IV laser therapy, in house laboratory and much more! Our daily schedule primarily consists of wellness exams, surgeries and dentistry.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of animals to assess their health and diagnose any medical conditions.
- Develop treatment plans that may include medications, surgeries, or other therapies.
- Perform surgical procedures with precision while adhering to aseptic techniques.
- Administer vaccinations and preventative care to ensure the well-being of animals.
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients treated in the clinic.
- Educate pet owners about animal care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine through continuous education.
Experience
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school is required.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory. NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOME!
- Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and handling techniques is essential.
- Experience with laboratory procedures and diagnostics is advantageous.
- Familiarity with veterinary critical care practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately under various circumstances.
