Summary: 4over’s Manager of Workflow & Color Compliance is at the center of driving our manufacturing strategies throughout our production systems & color compliance practices. This position will partner with the operations leadership to identify and develop best practices to implement throughout our multiple production facilities. This position requires strong communication across cross-functional teams to identify, maintain and improve color conformance, imaging quality, performance reporting, and strategically align the operations organization to scale with continuous revenue growth
Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Facilitate continuous process improvement and industry best practice activities targeted at cost reduction, productivity and process optimization
· Develop business requirement documents that clearly outline technology enhancement requests that support operational improvement efforts.
· Manage project roadmaps in coordination with development teams and support prioritization of work efforts
· Drive R&D efforts in assigned lines of business and develop ROIs and stakeholder presentations to justify potential investments
· Partner with operations leadership across all facilities to drive color conformance programs across all output devices
· Manage service contracts and renewals for software and hardware solutions as related to color management and workflow services
· Identify and recommend best practices for computer-to-plate automated workflows and batching technologies
· Work with Plant Managers to ensure press operators are trained and proficient in operation and reporting of color management software and daily use
· Assist in the development of budgets, objectives, policies, plans, and programs
· Develop and nurture relationship with outside partners to align organization strategies and investments with growth opportunities
· Partner with operations leadership to identify and improve workplace safety efforts
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:
· G7 Idealliance certification is required
· Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to develop and nurture strong business relationships
· Business-minded individual with an understanding of general financial practices
· Strength in researching and assembling information, then presenting to small groups of key stakeholders
· Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills are required
· Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with people
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
· Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
· Intermediate in Excel, web-based program experience and Adobe Creative Suite
· 4 years of print production experience
· 2 years of supervisory experience
· Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
