4 MS Hauling is a growing transportation and logistics company looking for a reliable and hardworking Loader to support our daily freight operations. The Loader will play an important role in ensuring shipments, materials, and equipment are handled safely, efficiently, and accurately. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on physical work, prioritize workplace safety, and perform well in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, unload, move, and organize freight, equipment, and various materials
- Arrange and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during handling, storage, and transportation
- Follow all company safety standards, procedures, and operational requirements
- Coordinate with drivers and team members to complete loading tasks efficiently and meet daily schedules
- Keep loading areas clean, organized, and free of potential safety hazards
- Inspect shipments for damage, missing items, or discrepancies and communicate concerns promptly
- Operate basic material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, straps, and other loading tools
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new processes
- Ability to work independently while supporting team goals
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments and changing weather conditions
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, and maintaining consistent attendance
- Previous experience in freight handling, warehouse operations, moving, or logistics is preferred but not required
