4 MS Hauling is looking for a dependable and motivated Loader to support our day-to-day operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials and freight are handled, loaded, and unloaded in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while adhering to company safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload materials, freight, and debris
- Sort, stack, and secure items for transportation
- Follow established safety procedures to minimize risks and prevent damage
- Collaborate with drivers and team members to complete daily tasks on schedule
- Keep the work area clean and well-organized
- Check materials for damage and report concerns to supervisors
- Operate basic tools and equipment as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to consistently lift and handle heavy items
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
- Prior experience in loading, warehouse, or hauling is an advantage but not required
