Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide with compassion to join 4 Generations ,LLC. The ideal candidate will provide respectful patient care and support under the supervision of a registered nurse in a homecare setting according to the patients' individual plan.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Medication Reminders
- Assist in the mobility of patients
-Prepare nutritious meals, assisting with eating and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Document patient interactions and care provided
- Light housekeeping duties
Requirements:
- Must be at 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma/GED
- Valid NA listing in NC
- Attending agency meetings and training sessions
- Clean Background Check
- Compassion,Empathy and Integrity
