About Our Clinic
We are a growing outpatient speech therapy clinic providing high-quality care to children and adults with speech, language, feeding, and swallowing disorders. Our team values collaboration, evidence-based practice, and creating a supportive environment for both clinicians and patients.
We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time position as the caseload grows.
This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with diverse populations, including pediatrics and adults, and who are interested in expanding their skills in feeding and swallowing therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide therapy for articulation, language, fluency, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Provide feeding therapy for pediatric patients (experience preferred)
- Educate families and caregivers on strategies and home programs
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with insurance and clinic standards
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to support patient progress
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows welcome to apply)
- Experience with pediatric therapy preferred
- Feeding and swallowing experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
