What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at 4 Forty Four?
The Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing support to our VP of Interior Design & Marketing. This position is part-time, approximately 15 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the VP of Marketing as directed to ensure that the company’s goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently.
- Draft and schedule twice-weekly social media posts for VP of Marketing's review, including those with active onsite construction. Exam photos closely before using and confirm quality control and safety with the VP of Marketing.
- Manage social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, Houzz, and LinkedIn, including the monitoring of responses and active engagement with comments
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization to enhance reach and impact
- Collaborate with VP of Marketing on writing the Marketing Annual Strategic Plan and implementing day-to-day details
- Populate Marketing tasks and place them on the Marketing Agenda for review/approval for the VP of Marketing
- Write draft for annual social media post strategy for the VP of Marketing’s review
- Coordinate and schedule client photo shoots with VP of Marketing, Photographer, and the Client, ensuring all arrangements are made
- Provide photoshoot support to the VP of Interior Design & Marketing
- Manage the coordination of photos from our photographer through the file-sharing platform Dropbox to our website editor for the 4 Forty Four website.
- Write content for new featured properties on the 4 Forty Four website
- Collaborate with VP of Marketing to update and maintain current website content about our services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Create marketing ads for local Chambers of Commerce and other marketing avenues as needed, promoting our brand and services.
- Coordinate the installation and replacement of vehicle decals with Revolution Decal.
- Collaborate with VP of ID & Marketing on business card orders and annual Christmas cards
- Update company letterhead upon request
- Coordinate jobsite signage for each construction project
- Maintain a high attention to detail & superior organization skills
- Be resourceful and proactive, requiring minimal direct-supervision

Education and Experience:
