Inbound Customer Service Representative PM Available Shift and Pay

• PM Shift | Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $19/hour bonuses

Inbound Customer Service Representative PM Required Qualification:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Dependable and committed to consistent attendance
• Ability to follow structured processes and meet performance targets
• Receptive to feedback and quick to apply coaching
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or leadership is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old

Inbound Customer Service Representative PM Key Responsibilities:

• Take incoming calls from guests ready to plan and book their vacations
• Assist with choosing destinations, selecting travel dates, and completing reservations
• Collect payments and ensure booking details are accurate and complete
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer helpful travel suggestions
• Build product and destination knowledge to deliver confident, informed service
• Use strong communication to highlight value, address hesitations, and create urgency
• Bring positive energy to each interaction and exceed service expectations
