- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for end users, support teams, and stakeholders
- Facilitate classroom, remote, and hands-on system training activities
- Support go-live readiness through user training and knowledge transfer initiatives
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and instructional documentation
- Conduct scenario-based and role-specific training sessions to improve user adoption
- Support train-the-trainer activities and technical knowledge transfer sessions
- Coordinate with project, business, and technical teams to stay aligned on system updates and workflows
